It rained like mad this morning, and we had Casaba River again. This time we snapped a photo for your amusement. Now I just hope we can drive through the ‘river’ to our destination.

I saw a woman walking a dog this morning. She had a raincoat and an umbrella. She was using the raincoat for herself while holding the umbrella low over the dog. It was quite amusing and I wish I had a camera with me. That’s one lucky pooch.
We woke up this morning to 3.8 inches of overnight rain. The pool was practically overflowing, and our trash barrels had floated down Casaba river to the drain at the corner. We had to drain the pool and fish barrels out of rushing water at 7:00 AM. Not fun. Fortunately the inside of our home is still warm and dry.
