We finally got a camera that takes video. Meghann has been using up the memory card like mad taking videos of Kyle. Some turn out good, and others not. It’s really hard to catch that spontaneous, precious, moment. Anyway, here’s a few of the better ones.

Kyle has recently found a new way to play with his truck. He likes to have his Daddy pull him around! He’s not smiling because he’s concentrating on the rotating wheels. He loves any and all wheels. What a Daddy’s boy.

Today, the sixth of April, 2006, Gill the Betta Fish passed away. He was born sometime in 2003 as a little guppy to two proud Betta’s whom we never had the pleasure of meeting. Gill came into our lives one rainy February day in 2004. Something about his deep blue appearance caught our eye at the local Petco that day. It was love at first sight as we scooped up his little plastic bowl, grabbed some Betta food, bought a nice glass vase, and brought him home. He lived happily on our dining room table, blowing bubbles, and raising his hackles at any mirror that passed by. He wintered in his vacation home on the computer which kept his bowl warm and wet. He brightened our lives with his wiggles and his winks. We are sad to see him go. We are comforted in the fact that he lived a very long and full life for a Betta fish. We’re sure he outlived many fish of his generation. Services were conducted on the evening of 4-6-2006. He is interred at the strawberry patch at the Brodeur residence. May he rest in peace.

Not much new news to post. Kyle is still growing strong and adding many foods to his menu. He now has lunch which usually consists of plain yogurt flavored with berries. He LOVES it, but it he sure does make a mess! Again, he takes after his Dad. We also started giving him meat. Tonight he had steak and potatoes for dinner. Yum!

He has also started sleeping through the night 90% of the time. It’s about freakin time. I guess he’s old enough to find his pacifier by himself.

He also loves to be pushed around on his tricycle. Fun! Dad can’t wait until he can reach the pedals.
